The Gray House is seeking a dynamic, passionate leader to move the 35 year-old, fiscally-stable organization forward. Under the direction of the executive director, The Gray House works to empower low-income individuals living in the Greater Springfield community to break the cycle of poverty by providing food assistance, adult education and youth programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and grant writing, communications and community relations as well as organizational, management, administrative and budgeting skills.

Adult Education

The Adult Education Program provides English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL) and basic literacy education to adult learners.

Kids’ Club

The Kids’ Club is an After School and Summer Program serving children in grades 2 to 5.
