448 Spring Baskets Donated by Baystate Nurses
On Friday, April 12th, The Gray House received a delivery of 448 Spring baskets that were put together and donated by nurses from Baystate Health. We reached out to our friends from Center for Human Development, Partners for Community and Open Pantry to help us distribute these to children in the community.
“Our agencies are serving many of the same families in different capacities. It is so important for us to all work together to help these families succeed. All of our organizations are collaborating on a regular basis through our programs and referrals so it’s great when we are able to share such a generous donation which highlights these community relationships and demonstrates the increased capacity we have when working together. There are going to be 448 very happy children in our community because of the generosity of the nurses at Baystate,” shared executive director Teresa Liberti.
