A Message from our New Executive Director
Dear Friends of The Gray House,
It is with great pleasure that I share with you that I have been selected as the new Executive Director of The Gray House! I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and share my story of how I joined this amazing Organization.
I was first introduced to The Gray House three years ago when I interviewed for the open Adult Education Coordinator position and just two weeks later was promoted to Education Director. From the second I stepped foot in The Gray House, I felt the passion and dedication of the staff and volunteers and knew it was something I needed to be a part of. This Organization and those involved truly embody the meaning of “a place where peace is lived and learned, and hope is shared” and I am honored to be a part of the team in this new capacity.
As the Education Director, I led the Adult Education Program and the Kids’ Club After School and Summer Program, immersing myself in understanding the needs of our community and building meaningful relationships with our participants, volunteers, and staff. I also bring experience with community relations, marketing, and fundraising to the role of executive director.
While I am not originally from Springfield, I am now a proud resident of this resilient and tight-knit community. I am passionate about making a difference in the city I call home and am confident that there is no better way to do so than alongside The Gray House’s dedicated staff and volunteers.
I would also like to thank my predecessor, Kristen McClintock, for her unwavering dedication to The Gray House and the individuals we serve. I am eternally grateful to have worked with her and am eager to build upon the strong foundation she left.
I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you—our donors, volunteers, partners, and neighbors. I know I will meet many of you at our upcoming Spaghetti Supper and would also like to extend an invitation to an Open House at The Gray House. Please stop by on Friday, April 4 from 9–10am or 12–2pm to meet our team and learn more about our current work, upcoming projects and priorities, and how you can get involved. Thank you for your continued support of The Gray House! I look forward to continuing to learn, share, and connect with you all!
All the best,
Isabella Brady-Prankus
Executive Director
