Executive Director Job Posting
The Gray House is seeking a dynamic, passionate leader to move the 41-year-old, fiscally-stable organization forward. Under the direction of the Executive Director, The Gray House works to empower low-income individuals living in the greater Springfield community to break the cycle of poverty by providing food assistance, adult education and youth programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, communications, and community relations, as well as organizational, management, administrative, and budgeting skills.
